The Journey of 360 Legacy

360 Legacy started as a simple volunteering initiative by Saif (Safikul Molla). While working at events, Saif identified gaps in the volunteering and event management space. This inspired him to create 360 Legacy, a company built on the foundation of providing opportunities, incentives, and respect to volunteers while bridging those gaps.

The name "360 Legacy" was inspired by Saif’s coach, Zishaan Khan’s ventures, 360 Fitness and 360 Calisthenics, where Saif also honed his management skills. Over time, 360 Legacy grew into a nationwide network of 10,000+ volunteers, successfully managing 15+ major events.

Beyond event management, Saif's journey led him to:

• Becoming part of the Mumbai Boxing Council and Indian Boxing Council (IBC).
• Founding Mumbai Boxing Promotion, featuring top boxers from across India.
• Being featured in numerous articles for his contributions to event management and boxing promotions.

Saif’s management expertise has earned him a reputation for flawlessly handling tasks, making “Saif ke bande” known for their exceptional work at events. With 360 Legacy, the mission is clear: to take this legacy to even greater heights, empowering volunteers and creating impactful events nationwide.
